Responsible for creating and designing operational plans for a large-scale pyrotechnic and performance-art production created by artist Cai Guo-Qiang, in collaboration with NASA and The Kennedy Center. Duties included coordinating multi-agency stakeholders, including federal agencies, local authorities, creative teams, and technical crews. Oversaw permitting, safety compliance, hazard-mitigation planning, and site logistics across all operational zones. Built and managed schedules for equipment transport, staging, rehearsals, and execution, and supervised cross-disciplinary teams to ensure accurate, safe, and on-time delivery.
