Matt Adams is a seasoned Producer, Production Manager, and Director with more than 20 years of experience delivering complex productions across film, television, large-scale live events, and global brand experiences.

​

Throughout his career, Matt has contributed to some of the world’s most recognizable events and productions, including the 92nd Academy Awards, the 62nd GRAMMY Awards, Coachella, Desert Trip, Stagecoach, and Super Bowl XLIX and LII. A defining milestone came in 2015 when Matt led transportation logistics for more than 7,000 athletes from 180 countries during the Special Olympics World Games — the largest sporting event in Los Angeles since the 1984 Olympics and the largest humanitarian sporting event in the world at the time. The games were broadcast globally on ABC and ESPN and earned an Emmy nomination for coverage.

Most recently, Matt served as Director of Operations for the Las Vegas New Year’s Eve Fireworks Celebration, coordinating large-scale multi-venue production across the Las Vegas Strip. He also directed operations for Interspecies Love Letter, an internationally recognized fireworks and performance art installation by renowned artist Cai Guo-Qiang, produced in partnership with NASA and The Kennedy Center.

Matt has produced experiences for many of the world’s leading brands and institutions, including Blizzard Entertainment, Coca-Cola, EA Games, Facebook, Google, IBM, Louis Vuitton, the NBA, Team USA, Tesla, the Obama and Trump administrations, and Walt Disney Studios. His work has supported acclaimed projects including Bolt, Up, The Princess and the Frog, Tron: Legacy, and WALL-E.

A strong advocate for inclusion and community engagement, Matt has supported organizations such as Special Olympics, Autism Speaks, United Way, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Children’s Miracle Network, and youth mentorship programs through Boys & Girls Clubs of America, YMCA, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Junior Achievement, DECA, and FBLA.

Based in Los Angeles, Matt continues to develop film, television, and immersive live experiences. When he’s not in production, he can often be found hiking throughout California and Arizona.
