Responsible for managing, planing, and directing the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance activities of the music festival. That involved developing and implementing self-evaluation processes to assess policies, procedures, practices, and services related to ADA and accessibility compliance obligations. In addition to identifying and evaluating disability and access-related deficiencies in various areas of service, overseeing the design and development of process flow diagrams, and recommending resolutions.
